Services we provide:
Year end statutory accounts
We will complete and submit your statutory accounts to Companies House, HMRC and send copies to all shareholders and other interested parties.
Corporation tax and planning
We will calculate your corporation tax liabilities and submit the return to HMRC. We also give advice on annual investment allowances (AIA) and capital allowance planning for capital expenditure.
Company secretarial services
We manage all company secretarial services including completing confirmation statements (formerly annual returns), taking board and AGM minutes and submitting all filings to Companies House and HMRC.
Management accounts
We will provide you with up-to-date financial and performance information on either a monthly or quarterly basis. This real-time information will ensure you are making the right financial decisions for your
business.
Bookkeeping
We will assist you with all bookkeeping tasks, including delivery of management accounts, statutory accounts and VAT returns. If you would rather manage the process yourself, we will provide you with the right bookkeeping training.
VAT
We will advise you whether you should be VAT registered and which scheme is right for your company. We will then prepare, complete and submit all your VAT returns.
